me that i have a case filled under my name & ssn dont know who they are or anything but i did filled a report with the city attorney after they told my 10year old daughet your mommys going to jail who would something like that? so hopefully they will not call me anymore

Mark as Useful said I was entered into a drawing. I did not sign up to anything that I am aware of. They did try to push a weekly magazine which I said that I was not interested in. They had my cell number and my home address which I did not provide either. They said I was entered by my bank either visa/mc which none have my cell number. They did not ask nor did I give any cc info including even what kind of cards I carry. Just seemed off.
